Terramar Collective is not just a brand. It is a tribute born from the Southern California Coast and inspired by the legacy of a father who helped shape the surf board riding world, literally. Terramar Collective repurposes vintage flannels and rare finds blending timeless style and comfort with surf heritage. 

This brand is my way of honoring a legacy that began over 60 years ago in Surfside, California. In the mid 1960s, my father, Robert Austin, and his business partner started shaping surfboards under the name Austin-Baird Custom Surfboards. They weren't just building boards - they were building a culture rooted in craftsmanship, creativity, and a deep love for the ocean.

Today, I’m proud to carry that spirit forward. This line repurposes old tees with the original Austin-Baird logo and vintage flannels to create surf lifestyle apparel that’s as timeless as the boards my father shaped. Each piece is handcrafted and one-of-a-kind — a blend of past and present, designed to keep the legacy alive with authenticity and soul. This is more than apparel. It’s a tribute to the shapers, the stories, and the saltwater heritage that shaped me.
